Producing a range of documents including:
reports, invitations, application forms, correspondence, spreadsheets, booklets, training manuals, posters and marketing material
Formal minute taking for board meetings, HR meetings and senior leadership meetings
Governing Board meeting administration including paper preparation and action tracking
HR responsibilities including timesheet processing, sickness and holiday records, recruitment and induction
Writing reports, support materials, correspondence, and committee proposals
Managing budgets and financial processes effectively
Event Planning including staff away days, training events, receptions, conferences
Establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures that improve work performance
Managing multiple diaries and managers in complex working environments
Handling confidential material and sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy and trust
Working with senior leadership staff and VIPs
Team supervision including line management and activity oversight
